3-hour session | $99 per person | Small group of 6 | Iridis HQ – 419 Melbourne Rd, Newport

This isn’t your average makeup lesson. This is the glow-up every older teen deserves – from the inside and the outside.

Whether you’re heading into Year 11 or 12, starting uni or work, or just want to feel more confident in your own skin – this workshop is for you. We’re talking more than just contour and brows (although, yes – we will show you how to get those bangin’). This is about learning how to do your makeup in a way that suits you, while building up that all-important confidence and self-esteem at a time when life can feel a bit… overwhelming.

For each session, we supply everything (skincare, makeup, brushes, tools and mirrors). Our makeup is hypo-allergic, made from plant-based ingredients, and non-reactive, made from premium ingredients, and cruelty-free of course. So, no nasties!

In this empowering, fun and real 3-hour workshop, you’ll:

Led by Peta-Gai (PG), Founder & Principal Hair & Makeup Artist of Iridis Cosmetics, makeup educator of 30+ years, and an award-winning confidence queen, this workshop is an absolute must for any older teen who wants to feel better in their skin and walk a little taller.

What sets Iridis apart is the HOW we teach makeup. It’s hands on, easy, and while we teach the makeup techniques, we also teach elements of self-esteem, confidence, how to believe in yourself and how to find the things that make you most beautiful – inside and out. 

NOTE: Younger and older teens workshops are also available for 8-12s & 13-15s with the younger teens having a shorter session (2 hours), and covering more age-appropriate makeup techniques including contouring, eyeliner, a third eyeshadow technique and lipstick. The self-esteem and confidence element is throughout all of our Iridis workshops, and pitched to the appropriate age.
